My passion is rooted in Peruvian cuisine, but I also enjoy creating international dishes infused with a touch of Peruvian flavor.Peruvian food is a beautiful blend of influences—Japanese, Chinese, Italian, African, and of course, our own traditional Peruvian food, ingredients and techniques. From our incredible variety of potatoes to our vibrant vegetables and flavorful meats, there’s so much richness to explore.I’m excited to start this club with you so we can share, learn, and enjoy delicious food together.
